How it works
You'll have access to 7 sessions over 3 months with weekly summary notes for you to look back on
Initial assessment
In your first 60-minute session, we’ll dive deep into a review of your medical concerns and history, current nutrition status, and a discussion of your goals.
60 minutes
Follow up sessions
Your next 6 sessions, starting one week after your initial assessment and scheduled two weeks apart, will be spent discussing your progress, needs, and any changes.
30-45 minutes each
Cost: $820 when booked up front
(or $920 if you choose to pay as you go)
