Hi, I'm Jill.
Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Educator, and lover of food.
Two of my greatest passions are cultivating healthy relationships with food and diabetes education. T1D holds a particularly special place in my heart; during four years working alongside the pediatric diabetes team at BC Children’t Hospital, I worked with countless families who were looking for more than just carb counting education.
Outside of client sessions, you might find me exploring the mountains where I breathe a little deeper, smile a little bigger, and feel in awe of the beauty around me. Ahead of me on every trail is my four-legged best friend, Lola.
At home I’m most often dancing to music in my kitchen while creating food to share with people I love, or curled up enjoying a great cup of coffee.
